or special projects with strict deadlines etc.
Our temporary personnel are available for short term as
well as long term assignments, 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week. |

| Fee
Schedule |
| The
salary for temporary personnel is based upon an
hourly rate predetermined by the client. This said
amount will be increased by an agreed percentage
to cover our costs and mark-up. |
| BCB's
RESPONSIBILITY |
| As a
legal employer, BCB is responsible for recruiting,
selection and final evaluation of the candidate
referred to you. BCB is committed to respect the
following in accordance with the " Act Respecting
Labour Standards and Regulations". |
| 1-Minimum
work duration: |
| Clients
are billed only for the actual hours worked by the
assigned candidate. However, a minimum charge of
three (3) hours per day is required as per the above. |
| 2-Overtime: |
| The
hourly rate is increased by 50% for additional time
worked in accordance with the above. |
| 3-Official
Holidays: |
| BCB
pays its employees official holidays as per the
above. |
| 4-Notice: |
| Should
you wish to terminate a temporary employee who has
worked for a period of between three months to one
year, (with the same company and with no predetermined
termination date) he/she must receive one-week advance
notice. The advance notice must be two weeks if
an employee has occupied a position for a duration
of one to five years. We request that you advise
us of this notice in order to conform with the said
regulations. |
| Payroll
Management |
| We oversee
the complete management of the salaries such as
payroll deductions at source, T4, and termination
papers. |

| Follow
Up |
| At the
onset as well as at the end of each mandate, BCB
will conduct a complete follow up with you to ensure
your entire satisfaction with the referred employee.
|
| Absence |
| In the
case where one of our employees is absent for valid
reasons, BCB will replace that employee as quickly
as possible. |
| Guarantee |
| All
temporary placement comes with a four (4) hour guarantee
following the arrival of the temporary employee.
You must however, advise us during this time frame
whether the referred employee is acceptable to you.
If you are not completely satisfied with this individual
we will not invoice you for the services provided.
BCB will replace this individual in the best possible
delay. |
| Civil
Responsibility |
|
| BCB
holds insurance coverage of $ 1,000,000 for its
employees. |
| Responsibility
limitation |
| BCB
cannot be held responsible for the following: Criminal
Acts; dishonesty or fraud beyond $50,000; misappropriation
of funds; breach of the rules of confidentially
or professional secrecy, in relation to knowledge
acquired by his/her function; participation by an
employee of BCB in a strike, work slow down or any
other pressure tactic used by a regular or permanent
employee of the client. |
| Client's
Responsibility |
| The
client cannot demand that an employee of BCB execute
a task that exceeds the job description as presented
to us. Temporary personnel assigned to our clients
are considered employees of BCB. Therefore, should
they be hired for a permanent or a temporary assignment
within a twelve (12) month period of their last
assignment by the client, division and/or subsidiary
of the same, our regular fees are applicable. |
