| Fee
Schedule |
| For
strictly salary-based positions, fees are based
upon a percentage of the annual revenue offered
to the employee for the first year of work. However,
for an employee's remuneration which is comprised
of base salary plus incentives, the annual salary
is defined accordingly i.e. base salary plus an
estimate of sales commissions and bonus, as well
as any other supplementary benefits. |
| Guarantees |
| All
permanent positions that are filled by us, are covered
by a guarantee of three (3) months. We will undertake
a follow up with you to ensure your entire satisfaction.
This guarantee applies only if the invoice is paid
in full within the thirty (30) days following the
billing date. |
| Immediate
replacement |
| If
a candidate voluntarily leaves his/her position,
or is terminated during the guarantee period, this
candidate will be replaced at no additional cost
as long as: |

The job description and position remain the same. |
| 2-
The invoice has been paid in full. |

| Credit
Note |
| If the
replacement of a candidate is not necessary, the
total fee will be credited to our client's account
and can be applied to any subsequent mandate. This
credit should be used within the twelve (12) month
period following the departure of the referred candidate.
Should we be required to replace a candidate at
a higher honorarium the increase of recruiting fees
will be invoiced to the client. All possible decrease
of honorarium during the hiring of a replacement
will be credited to a future permanent placement
for a period of twelve (12) months. This will take
effect from the date of termination. The replacement
guarantee cannot be honored if it is a question
of the reorganization of your company in terms of
downsizing, rightsizing or restructuring, etc. It
is understood, that the fees for permanent placement
services apply only to those individuals who were
recommended for a permanent position by our firm.
All candidates who are hired within the twelve (12)
month period by your firm, a division or subsidiary
after his/her introduction to your firm by us, the
above applies. |
