| WHEN
A TEMPORARY EMPLOYEE BECOMES PERMANENT |

offers two alternatives for those clients who would
like to take advantage of this option. |
| 1-Pay
all temporary fees to date plus the normal BCB fees
as published in the |

| BCB
Permanent Placement Services Fee Schedule. If you
decide on this option you can benefit from our permanent
guarantee policy; or |
| 2-If
a temporary employee has completed eighty (80) consecutive
working days, he/she may join your firm at no additional
cost. In the case where the eighty (80) working
days are not completed, the remaining professional
fees will be invoiced up to eighty (80) working
days. (This does not, however, apply to the hiring
of an employee on a temporary basis). |
