This no risk option allows you to observe the skills, work ethic and attitude fit of a prospective employee before a final hiring decision is made. This individual can remain on our payroll until you are confident that he/she will be a good match, not only in terms of skills, but also a good fit within the company culture. Temp-for-hire creates a win- win situation for you on both the financial and legal fronts. It is perhaps the most cost-effective way to hire new employees.
  Terms and Conditions
 
 
The terms and conditions are the same as the BCB Temporary Placement Service. You can therefore, benefit from our temporary guarantee policy.
WHEN A TEMPORARY EMPLOYEE BECOMES PERMANENT
BCB offers two alternatives for those clients who would like to take advantage of this option.
1-Pay all temporary fees to date plus the normal BCB fees as published in the
BCB Permanent Placement Services Fee Schedule. If you decide on this option you can benefit from our permanent guarantee policy; or
2-If a temporary employee has completed eighty (80) consecutive working days, he/she may join your firm at no additional cost. In the case where the eighty (80) working days are not completed, the remaining professional fees will be invoiced up to eighty (80) working days. (This does not, however, apply to the hiring of an employee on a temporary basis).
